Overview
Dividr is a multi-chain token launchpad. Every token trades on a bonding curve from its very first block — no presale, no lock-up, no waiting. Creators set a tax on every trade (0–10%) and decide, with one slider, how much of it flows back to holders as rewards paid in the network's native coin.
Token lifecycle
- 1LaunchOne transaction creates the token, sets its tax and Fee Split, and (optionally) makes a dev buy so nobody can snipe you.
- 2Curve tradingAnyone can buy and sell on the bonding curve immediately. Each trade pays the platform fee and the creator tax.
- 3AscendWhen the curve raises its target, the token migrates to a Uniswap v4 pool with full-range liquidity that can never be removed.
- 4Pool tradingThe Dividr hook keeps charging the same creator tax on every swap, so creator and holders keep earning forever.
Networks & contracts
Each network runs its own, independently deployed launchpad and its own Uniswap v4 pools. Tokens never move between networks. All contracts are source-verified.
| Network | Native coin | Launchpad |
|---|---|---|
| Robinhood Chain | ETH | 0x38eD3Ba65fb080123e9aeF4f4e080e0701a77A2f |
| Base | ETH | 0x03CFb1Bb0CF117a3b8e521d56A16dd6F29bf1CE9 |
| BNB Chain | BNB | 0x833e8B42B61405A9dbEA087ECa9cEE4c6245C945 |
| Arbitrum One | ETH | 0xC8737c2d3673180464129b1Cb9eEa4EeBaBb9079 |

Fees
| Fee | Amount | Who receives it |
|---|---|---|
| Platform fee | Up to 1% per trade | Dividr treasury (20% goes to the trader's referrer, if any) |
| Creator tax | 0–10% per trade | Split between the creator and holders by the Fee Split |
| Ascend fee | ≈5% of the raise, once | Dividr — the gap between ETH raised and ETH needed to seed the pool at the final curve price |
| Launch | Free (gas only) | A dev buy in the launch transaction pays the platform fee only |
The platform fee can be lowered but never raised above 1% — the limit is enforced by the smart contract. The total tax a trade can ever pay is therefore capped at 11%.
Fee Split
The Fee Split decides what share of the creator tax is paid to holders, from 0% (creator keeps everything) to 100% (full community). Holder rewards are paid in the native coin (ETH, or BNB on BNB Chain), never in the token itself, so they never create sell pressure.
| Example | Tax | Holder share | Creator gets | Holders get |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Creator-first | 5% | 0% | 5.0% | 0% |
| Balanced | 5% | 50% | 2.5% | 2.5% |
| Community | 5% | 100% | 0% | 5.0% |
Every change to the tax or split is recorded on-chain and listed in the token's history.
Bonding curve & Ascend
- Fixed supply of 1,000,000,000 tokens: 800M are sold on the curve, 200M seed the Uniswap pool.
- The curve uses virtual constant-product pricing (1.5 ETH virtual reserve). Buying raises the price, selling lowers it.
- Selling can never be paused — not on the curve, not after Ascend.
- When the curve raises its target (about 4.2 ETH; 13.3 BNB on BNB Chain) the token ascends: the remaining tokens and ETH become full-range liquidity in a Uniswap v4 pool, locked forever.
- The pool's hook charges the same tax on every swap — even through other routers and aggregators — and only Dividr can add liquidity, so fees can't be diverted to outside LPs.
Holder rewards
- Rewards accrue instantly with every taxed trade, in proportion to your balance.
- Claim per token, or claim everything on a network in one transaction from the Rewards page.
- Rewards already earned stay yours even if you sell or transfer your tokens later.
- The curve, the Uniswap pool and the burn address are excluded and earn nothing.
For creators
- Withdraw your earnings any time from Rewards → Creator.
- Change your tax and Fee Split, and edit description and links. Name, ticker and logo are locked forever.
- Transfer fee rights to another wallet, or renounce them so 100% of the tax goes to holders.
For traders
Max tax protection
Every trade includes the highest total tax you accept. If a creator raises the tax above it, your transaction is rejected instead of charging you more. You can always sell by accepting the current tax.
Before you buy
- Check the Verified Origin badge and the creator's past tokens.
- Watch for “Possible copy” labels — an older token with the same ticker has more activity.
- Look at the tax history: frequent increases are a red flag.
Referrals
- Share your link from Rewards → Referrals. Anyone who trades or launches through it is linked to you on-chain, permanently.
- You earn 20% of the platform fee from every trade they make, on every token and every network.
- Earnings are paid in the native coin and can be withdrawn any time.
Safety & permissions
What Dividr can never do
- Move funds held by the curve or by holders.
- Block sells, mint tokens or remove pool liquidity.
- Raise the platform fee above 1% or a creator's tax above 10%.

FAQ
+Do I need to wait before trading a new token?
No. Trading opens in the same block the token is created.
+Can a creator rug the liquidity?
No. Curve funds are held by the launchpad, and pool liquidity is locked forever when a token ascends.
+Why are rewards paid in ETH/BNB and not the token?
Paying in the native coin means rewards never add sell pressure to the token.
+Can a creator set 100% tax?
No. The creator tax is capped at 10% by the contract, and your max-tax setting protects every trade.
+What does Ascend cost me as a holder?
Nothing. Your tokens stay in your wallet and keep earning rewards in the Uniswap pool.
